#WhoMadeMyClothes is a hashtag movement launched in 2014 by Carry Somers and Orsola de Castro, both who founded Fashion Revolution, a not-for-profit global movement with a focus on the need for greater transparency in the fashion supply chain following the 2013 Dhaka garment factory collapse.[1]

The goal of the hashtag was to bring awareness to consumers about the brands that they purchase from and raise awareness for the humanitarian and ethical issues in fast fashion.
